A Saint, A Super Agent, and a Stager are Surely a Sellers best friend!

I think we can all agree that having a winning team breeds success. For a seller, Having the right players on their team will mean the difference between sitting on the market and selling fast. While a super agent and a skilled stager are definately the "first Picks" for the team, having a Saint on your side is a sure bet.
So, as we put away our Shamrocks and Leprechaun suits, We celebrate today, The Feast of St. Joseph.
Many of you are familiar with the tradition of burying a statue of St. Joseph to Help sell a home and if you are not, or you would like to learn more, I have included several links below.
Why St. Joseph? Why not? St. Joseph was the earthly Father of Jesus, and is the patron saint of home and Family...He is well connected!
Do I believe a piece of plastic buried in the ground will sell a house? Well...NO! It is not the statue that does it, it is the faith of the person placing it there. The Heavens are longing to shower us with blessings..all we have to do is ask. They are waiting and ready to respond.
So, what do you do? You don't list your overpriced home in a "lived in" condition complete with piles of laundry on the floor, dirty litter boxes and clutter infested spaces and then stick a statue in the dirt and call it a day.
You have heard the saying..."God helps them who help themselves." So Find a great agent, get your home "show Ready", price it right and then, lovingly, bury St. Joseph and PRAY! Not just once but every day!
I thank St. Joseph for all of the Miracles he has worked for me...(God knows some homes need extra heavenly assistance) and I pray he becomes, or continues to be a part of your winning team as well!
